Instructions:

Using ThermaCare Heatwrap Advanced Back Pain Therapy is easy. Simply tear open the pouch when you’re ready to use it and peel away the paper to reveal the adhesive side. It may take up to 30 minutes for the heatwrap to reach its therapeutic temperature. Place it on the pain area on your lower back or hip with the darker discs toward your skin. Be careful not to over-tighten, as it may cause discomfort. Adjust as needed. For maximum effectiveness, wear the heatwrap for 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. If you’re 55 and older, wear it over a layer of clothing (or cloth), not directly against the skin.
