Instructions:
Using ThermaCare Heatwrap Advanced Neck Pain Therapy is easy. Tear open the pouch when ready to use and peel away the paper to reveal the adhesive side. Place the wrap on the pain area with the adhesive against the skin and attach it firmly. Do not overlap the heat cells. It may take up to 30 minutes for the wrap to reach its therapeutic temperature. For maximum effectiveness, wear the wrap for 8 hours and do not wear it for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
