Tracking My Order FAQ

1. When will I get the tracking code ?

After place the order, please allow 1-3 business days to process the order.

2. What does the status stay as "processing" for more than 3 days?

If you haven’t got the tracking code more than 3 business days, please contact us. The delay might be caused by inventory issue or shipping service interruption. Please contact us if you have any question.

3. I got the tracking code, but the status hasn't updated for a couple days.

Please allow 24 hours for the status to update after it is created. For shipments to US addresses, shipping labels are generated in Canada facilities, but the status is updated after it passes border customs. If the status stays as “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item ” for a couple days. The package might be rejected at the border customs. Please contact us in that situation.

3. How can I track my order?

You can find the order update here.  After the package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking code (Canada Post, USPS, Fedex or UPS) in your email. Please also check your junk mail box.

3. How can I find my order number?

After you place the order,  you will receive an email with the order detail and tracking number. Please check your junk mail box as well. If you pay with PayPal, your order number is the invoice number of  PayPal confirmation.
