Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are time-sensitive and must be requested as soon as possible after the order is placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations and full refunds are typically available within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately for assistance with cancellations.
Please review your order details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to add additional products or edit order details. If you realize an error in your order, reach out to our Customer Care team immediately for assistance.
Returns
We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of package delivery. You will need to provide the following information:
- Photos of the defective product (front, back, and barcode side)
- Photos of the packaging the product was delivered in
Failure to provide this evidence may delay the return process and could result in the return being rejected.
We do not accept exchanges.

Packaging Updates: Manufacturers occasionally update their product packaging. By placing an order, you agree to accept the product in its current packaging. We do not accept returns or issue refunds solely due to a change in the manufacturer’s packaging.
Manufacturer Inquiries: We are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. For performance issues, warranty claims, or general complaints, please contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided on the product packaging.
