While diarrhea, vomiting and/or heavy sweating continues, give 120 ml for every additional diarrhea or vomiting episode. Maximum 1 l per hour. Adolescents 12 years and over: at the first sign of diarrhea, vomiting and/or heavy sweating, give 50100 ml per kg (2.2 lbs) of body weight over the first 4 to 6 hours. While diarrhea, vomiting and/or heavy sweating continues, give 200 ml for every additional diarrhea, vomiting or heavy sweating episode. Maximum 1 l per hour. Ready to use, do not dilute. Best when served cold. Refrigerate after opening and use within 48 hours.
