Instructions:
- Start by applying to a clean lid.
- Hold marker horizontally to use the side of the tip.
- Apply along the top lashline beginning in the inner corner of the eye working outward.
- At the end of upper lash line, draw a thin line extending towards end of eyebrow.
- For best results, store the product horizontal.
