Instructions:

For best results, start at the inside corner of your eye and work outwards with a light touch. Instead of trying to apply it all in one line, draw several smaller lines. For a winged cat-eye, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye. Remember to always treat the applicator with the same sanitary care you give your eyes, and reserve it for your personal use. Cap tightly after use and do not dilute the product with any additive.
