The best toothpaste I have ever used and I’m 75 years old so that’s a lot of years of using other toothpaste. This is the only one that kept cavities away and my teeth remained white.

9.5/10 stars for actual product. My teeth appreciate it. Nearly perfect despite my dietary intake. (High sugar, high acids…) Only 1 toothpaste is better but discontinued in 2012 ___ dental visits will cost more ____ (plain stupidity @ Trump initiated USA trade issues) This product should be — ALLOWED — because it’s still a USA product. Made in USA (packaging retail language for French Canadian @ still marked “made in USA” ) ____ unsure of trade issues but this — like hygiene products — is not banned on USA-side imports. (Unsure of Canadian imports from USA = i would pay extra tariffs/taxes/fees to import back to USA) ***I’m Still willing to pay prices if not greater*** so long it’s still under 200% MSRP it’s still cheaper than USA bought (shipping including -vs- dentist office)

***Problems with RETAILER & business practices***
False advertisement sales pitches = ctc we are not selling to USA anymore here your last chance to buy. While supplies last @ we won’t deliver to USA. (Bought just in case = 2 years worth still within expiration date)
1 week later emails = we are now accepting orders again delivering to USA
IN THE USA this type of scheme is ILLEGAL. Deception, false advertisement… multiple types of fraud. Reportable to federal agencies. (if uncertainty exists wording should be clear but phrased differently = as of this time we halt orders on — date — pending outcomes out of our control. no viable dates currently present. Whenever possible we will continue operations… = Clearly stated no more USA exports & CTC wanting to maintain business relationships. While outsourcing liability responsibility to external factors “GOVERNMENTs” international trade issues) ***illegal to host a going out of business sale*** like promotion. then continuing sales while potentially performing repeated actions.
I would have returned if business is local due to this practice (then continuing to purchase by my normal schedule)

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad Clinpro 5000 works well for you. To explain the two emails: in June 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection set October 22, 2026 as the date after which mailed parcels containing FDA-regulated products, including fluoride toothpaste, would need a formal customs entry. That would have stopped our parcels at the border (https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2026-12669), so we told our US customers in advance. On October 14, CBP moved the date to January 20, 2027 (https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/national-media-release/international-mail-entry-type-13-mandatory-implementation-date), and we resumed US shipping the same day. The rule was postponed, not cancelled. You’re right that our first email should have said clearly that we were pausing because of a government deadline that could change. We will word future notices that way.
