Instructions:

Take 1-2 delayed-release capsules once daily during antibiotic treatment and 5 days after. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+® at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics. To preserve the capsule’s delayed-release properties, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.
