Instructions:

ADULTS: Take two (2) gummies once a day, at or before bedtime. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. For Jetlag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.

• Melissa ofcinalis (Lemon Balm) 4:1 extract equivalent to 8mg dry leaf: 2mg

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Blend of oils (coconut and/or palm) with beeswax and/or carnauba wax, citric acid, colour (purple carrot juice), gelatin, gum arabic, l-malic acid, maltitol syrup, maltodextrin, naturally sourced flavour (pineapple, strawberry, tangerine, and tangelo), silicon dioxide, steviol glycosides, water.
