Instructions:
For relief of occasional sleeplessness, take 2 LiquiCaps (50 mg) at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. If persisting drowsiness is experienced with the 50 mg dose (two liquicaps) the dosage should be reduced to 25 mg (ONE liquicap). Take only one dose per 24 hours: One dose = 2 LiquiCaps.
