Instructions:

To target the waterline, use the perfectly designed tip to trace the bottom rim of your lashes, smoothing to the corner and back. Repeat on your upper waterline, using a clean finger to open eyelid slightly and tracing between your lashline and upper rim to fill in the space. Voila! You’re a tight lining master.
