Instructions:

For the lower waterline, gently press the pencil against the lower lashes and work across with short, gentle strokes until you achieve the desired intensity. For the upper waterline, tilt your head back slightly and lift your eyelid to expose the waterline. Gently press the pencil against the upper lashes and work across with short, gentle strokes until you achieve the desired intensity.
