Instructions:

Remove the pad from the wrapper and unfold it. Peel off the paper backing from the adhesive side of the pad. Position the pad in your underwear with the adhesive side down. Fold the wings over the sides of your underwear and press them down firmly to secure the pad in place. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed.
