Instructions:

1. Wash your hands before handling the tampon.

2. Remove the tampon from its wrapper.

3. Hold the tampon with the applicator and place the rounded tip into the vaginal opening.

5. Remove the applicator and make sure the string is hanging outside the body for easy removal.
