Instructions:
1. Wash your hands before inserting the tampon.
2. Extend the applicator by holding the grip and pulling the outer tube.
3. Gently insert the tampon into the vagina, aiming towards the small of your back.

5. Remove the applicator, leaving the tampon in place.
6. To remove, gently pull the string.
