Instructions:

Choose the level of absorbency that’s best for you and your flow. To use, unwrap the tampon and pull the string to widen the base. Insert the tampon into your vagina and use the applicator to push it in. Once the tampon is in place, gently remove the applicator and dispose of it properly. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours.
