Instructions:

Use T.L.C. Happi Scalpâ„¢ Scrub only when your hair and scalp are completely dry. Apply directly to a dry scalp and massage. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or more. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Cocominoâ„¢ Shampoo and Conditioner. Use 1 or 2 times per week.
