Instructions:

To use, apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, or after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, or immediately after towel drying. Sun protection measures should also be taken, such as limiting time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wearing long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
