Instructions:
Before use, be sure to read the directions inside the box. Two kits may be required for very long or thick hair. To achieve the best results, follow these instructions:
- Wear gloves and apply lightening bleach to dry hair, starting 1/2 inch from the scalp and working evenly through the ends. Leave on for up to 60 minutes, checking hair every 10 minutes until desired lightness is achieved.
- Rinse hair thoroughly and towel dry.
- Apply SPLAT hair colour to towel-dried hair, starting at the roots and working evenly through the ends. Leave on for 30-60 minutes, depending on desired intensity.
- Rinse hair thoroughly with cool water until the water runs clear. Do not shampoo.
