Instructions:

1. Remove the protective cap from the thermometer.
2. Insert the battery into the thermometer.
3. Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
4. Place the thermometer gently in the ear canal and press the scan button.
5. Wait for one second and remove the thermometer from the ear.
6. Read the temperature on the digital display.
7. Refer to the Fever Chart to determine if your child has a fever.
8. Replace the protective cap and store the thermometer in a safe place.
