Microwave (1200 Watts):

1. Remove cardboard sleeve
2. Peel back film slightly
3. Microwave on high for 20 seconds
4. Remove film and stir well

Hot water:

1. Submerge sealed tray in hot water for 6-8 minutes
2. Remove film and stir well
