Instructions:

1. Remove strip(s) from pouch. Twist strip to loosen and separate slits prior to use.
2. After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose. The strip won’t stick to a dry nose.
3. Apply strip to nose with shiny side facing your skin. Smooth out any bubbles.
4. Wait 10-15 minutes or until strip has hardened.
5. Gently peel off strip starting at edges, pulling towards center.
6. Rinse off any residue with water.
