Otrivin Sea Water & Aloe is available in a 100 mL size and three stream strengths to choose from: Gentle Stream for everyday use, Moderate Stream for moderate congestion, and Heavy Stream for heavy congestion.

Instructions:
To use, blow your nose if necessary. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head slightly in the opposite direction. Spray a short burst to cleanse the nostril and repeat in the other nostril. The spray head is designed to fit the natural shape of the nostrils and limit the depth of insertion. After use, clean and dry the nozzle and put the protective cap back on.
