Instructions:

To use the NARS #25 Smudge Brush, simply dip the brush into your favorite eyeliner or powder and apply to your lash lines, inner corners of your eyes, or brow bones. The small, dense brush is perfect for precision application and expertly deposits color along the lash line. To clean the brush, dispense a small amount of gentle soap (or your favorite makeup brush shampoo) onto the brush and rinse with water until the water runs clean. Avoid wetting the handle of the brush. Gently reshape fibers after rinsing. Lay flat or hang upside down to dry.
