Instructions:

Metamucil Premium Blend is easy to take. Simply put the powder into an empty glass and mix briskly with 240ml of cool liquid. Drink promptly and an additional glass of liquid is helpful. For relief of irregularity, adults and children over 12 can take one serving up to three times daily. Children (6-12 years) can take half the adult serving up to three times daily. Generally takes effect in 12 – 72 hours. To help lower cholesterol levels to promote heart health, adults can take one serving three times daily. For best results in lowering cholesterol, take Metamucil with a meal. To help temporarily suppress appetite when taken prior to a meal, adults can take two servings up to three times daily for occasional use only.
