Metamucil Fibre Gummies are orange-flavoured, plant-based gummies with no added sugar. They are a prebiotic fibre supplement used to help provide gentle relief of irregularity and are also a source of fibre for the maintenance of good health.

This oral block gummy comes as 180 gummies. Each gummy contains 1.1 g of fructooligosaccharides and 0.6 g of resistant maltodextrins; follow the label directions, take with at least 1 glass of liquid, and separate from other medications or natural health products by 2 hours.
