Infused with beeswax, cotton extract, and D-panthenol, this product offers skincare properties just like a serum. With each application, eyebrows become thicker and fuller, making them look uniform.

Instructions:
When using MAD EYES Brow Framer for the first time, rotate the base of the product up to 20 times to initiate it, then wait for the product to be released. Rotate the base of the product once to release the product into the applicator. Wait a few seconds for the tinted gel to be released into the comb. If no product is released, rotate the base again. Brush using small movements to tint the eyebrow and to allow the product to glide over the base of the eyebrow towards its outer tip. As the product is very delicate, it is important to wait until the gel is released before rotating the base again.
