Instructions:
Start by shaking the eyeliner well before use. Then, apply the eyeliner to your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working your way outwards. Use short strokes to create a precise line, and thicken the line as desired. For a winged eyeliner look, extend the line outwards and upwards at the outer corner of your eye.
