It provides an adhesive base that binds to nail polish, ensuring it adheres to the nail by creating a bond between the polish and base coat.

Instructions:
For best results, apply one thin coat over bare nails as a base coat before polishing, or apply daily over bare nails for added moisture. For continued nail strengthening, add a thin layer daily to unpolished nails for up to 7 days.
