Instructions:

For best results, use after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Adults and children 12 years and older should rinse full strength with 20 mL for 30 seconds twice a day. Children 6 to 11 years should rinse with 10 mL for 30 seconds twice a day. Do not swallow and avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use. Supervise children under 12 years of age in the proper use of the product and in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing.
