Instructions:
- Lift top flap of pouch and unfold pad.
- Peel pad away from pouch and press into panties, keeping pouch for disposal.

- Wrap wings around sides and attach by pressing underside of panties.
Disposal:
Detach pad from underwear. Roll and fold pad and place into pouch. Dispose in wastebasket.
