Instructions:
- Lift top flap of pouch and unfold pad.
- Peel pad away from pouch and press into panties, keep pouch for disposal.
- Remove the Flexi-Wings® wrapper from the center of the pad.
- Wrap wings around sides and attach by pressing underside of panties.

To use, simply lift the top flap of the pouch and unfold the pad. Peel the pad away from the pouch and press into your panties, making sure to keep the pouch for disposal.
