Instructions:

For adults and children 13 years and older, mix one rounded teaspoon (7.0 g) with one glass (250 mL) of cold liquid up to a maximum of three times per day. For children 6-12 years, mix 1/2 adult dose (3.5g) with one glass (250 mL) of liquid up to a maximum of three times per day. Stir briskly in the dosage level given and drink immediately. Drink an additional full glass (250 mL) of liquid with each dose and maintain adequate fluid intake. For appetite suppression, take two rounded teaspoons (14.0 g) one to three times daily, before a meal, mixed into a 250 mL glass of cool liquid up to a maximum of three times per day. Effects are observed 12-24 hours after the first dose and may take 2-3 days. The minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until the desired effect is obtained. For cholesterol-lowering effects, use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. Suitable for sodium-restricted diets, each 7.0g dose contains 2 mg of sodium.
