Instructions:

For adults and children 13 years and older, mix 1 rounded teaspoon (5.95 g) with 1 glass (250 mL) of cold liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. For children 6-12 years, mix 1/2 adult dose (2.98g) with 1 glass (250 ml) of liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly in the dosage level given and drink immediately. Drink an additional (250 mL) full glass of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake.

For children 6 to 12 years, mix ½ adult dose (3.5g) with 1 glass (250 mL) of cold liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Drink a full glass (250 mL) of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects are observed 12 – 24 hours after the first dose and may take 2 – 3 days. The minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until the desired effect is obtained.

For adults only, to lower cholesterol levels, use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. For appetite suppression, take 2 rounded teaspoons (14.0 g) 1 – 3 times daily before a meal. Mix into a 250 mL glass of cool liquid up to a maximum of 3 times daily. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. For occasional use only in suppressing appetite.
