Instructions:

For adults and children 13 years and older, mix 1 rounded teaspoon (7.0 g) with 1 glass (250 mL) of cold liquid up to a maximum 3 times per day. For children 6-12 years, mix 1/2 adult dose (3.5g) with 1 glass (250 ml) of liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly in the dosage level given and drink immediately. Drink an additional (250 mL) full glass of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects can be observed 12 – 24 hours after the first dose and may take 2 – 3 days. The minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until the desired effect is obtained.

Ingredients:

Each rounded teaspoon (7.0g) contains plantago ovata (psyllium seed husk) 3.4g. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Sucrose, no artificial colouring added. Each 7.0g dose contains 2 mg of sodium.
