Instructions:
To use Life Brand LB Decongestant Nasal Spray, blow your nose before use. Then, apply 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours. Do not apply more than 3 times in 24 hours. This nasal spray is suitable for adults and children 12 years of age and over.
