Instructions:
Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. Make sure hands and ear are clean and dry – avoid hair and oil-based lotions. Shape the whole ear plug into a ball – DO NOT cut, break apart, or elongate the ear plug. Place the ear plug over the ear opening and flatten to form an airtight seal – DO NOT spread the ear plugs too thin. DO NOT insert or push ear plug directly into the ear canal. To remove, press up behind the ear and lift edges carefully. Discard after use.
