Instructions:
For adults 18 years of age and over, shake gently before each use. During week 1, use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning. From week 2 through 3 months, use 1 spray in each nostril once daily, if your symptoms are under control. After 3 months of daily use, ask your doctor if you can keep using. Do not use more than directed.
