Instructions:
For relief of nausea, vomiting, and dizziness due to motion sickness, take 1 caplet every 8-12 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 3 caplets in 24 hours. Take the first dose at least 1/2 hour and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure. Not recommended for children under 12.
