Instructions:
Florastor Plus Probiotic is appropriate for the whole family ages 1 year and older. The recommended dose for those 9 years and older is to take 1-2 capsules daily. It can be taken every day to support immune and intestinal health, during antibiotic treatment, taken simultaneously, for 5 to 10 days for acute diarrhea, and to reduce the risk of traveler’s diarrhea, start 5 days prior to the trip and continue through the entire duration. There are several ways to take Florastor, such as swallowing the capsule whole, opening the capsule and dissolving it into liquid, or opening the capsule and sprinkling it over food.
Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 5×109 (5 billion) CFUs of Saccharomyces boulardii lyo CNCM I-745 strain (equivalent to 250 mg), 60 mg of Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate), 10 mcg/400 IUs Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), and 10 mg of Zinc (as zinc gluconate). Other non-medicinal ingredients include lactose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (derived from pine bark), modified food starch, sucrose, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide, and DL alpha tocopherol.
