Instructions:

1. Shake gently before each use.
2. Blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
3. Close one nostril and place the tip of the spray nozzle in the other nostril.
4. Breathe in through your nose while spraying once into your nostril.
5. Repeat in the other nostril.
6. Wipe the spray nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap.
