Dr.Scholl's Dr. Scholl's Heel Liners 3 Pack is made for women who feel discomfort at the heel from shoe rubbing or slipping. These liners add cushioning at the back of the shoe and help improve fit for better comfort during daily wear.
This pack includes heel liners in foam and gel. Apply them inside the shoe where heel rubbing occurs by following the label directions. The liners are removable, can be rinsed with water, air dried to refresh the adhesive, and used again in different shoes.

Directions
STEP 1 Wipe inside of shoe clean STEP 2 Remove plastic backing from the heel liners; with liner curving down, press firmly into shoe where heel rubbing occurs. Replace at first signs of wear
