Instructions:
Using Diva Reusable Menstrual Disc is easy. Simply follow these steps:
1. Wash your hands and the menstrual disc with warm water and mild soap.
2. Fold the disc in half and insert it into your vagina.
3. Use your finger to push the disc back and down towards your tailbone.
4. Make sure the disc is in place by running your finger around the rim.
5. To remove, gently pull on the anti-slip pull-tab until the disc is out.
6. Wash the disc with warm water and mild soap before reinserting.
