Instructions:

1. Remove the DenTek Ultimate Dental Guard from the packaging.
2. Boil a pot of water and remove from heat.
3. Place the SmartFit tray in the water for 10 seconds.
4. Remove the tray from the water and let it cool for 5 seconds.
5. Place the tray in your mouth and bite down firmly for 30 seconds.
6. Remove the tray from your mouth and place it in cold water for 30 seconds.
7. Test the fit of the guard in your mouth. If necessary, repeat the molding process.
8. Place the guard in your mouth before going to bed.
