Instructions:
Step 1: Prep
Start by washing your hands with soap and water. Shape your nails and push back your cuticles. Use the enclosed Prep Pad to ensure your nails are clear from oils and residue. Make sure your nails are completely dry before application. Step 2: Select Size
Select the strip size for each nail. For optimal fit, the strip should not exceed past the nail bed onto the skin or cuticles. Gently lift the strip from the sheet starting from the edge. If you are in between sizes, always choose the smaller size for proper adhesion. Use a tweezer to lift the strip from the sheet more easily and limit compromising the adhesion.

Application
Place the strip over the center of your nail, starting at the cuticle line and pressing outward. Press down firmly from the center and side to side. Make sure the strip is applied slightly above the cuticle line, avoiding placement on the skin.

Step 4: Finish
Fold over excess material and position the nail file horizontally along the contour of your nail. With one sweeping motion, file firmly across your free edge. Be sure to file in one direction at a time, filing from side to side will tear the edges. If you have excessive material when folding the strip over the nail edge, trim with scissors or nail clippers before filing. For optimal adhesion, avoid exposing your nails to lotions, oils, or water for at least one hour after application.
