For adults and children 6 years and older, use twice daily after brushing with toothpaste. To dispense a 10 mL dose, remove the cap and squeeze the front and back of the bottle (not the sides) to fill the reservoir. Allow excess liquid to drain back into the bottle and pour out the dose. Vigorously swish 10 mL of rinse between teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat, drink, or rinse with water for 30 minutes after use. For children under 12 years, instruct in good rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Supervise as necessary. For children under 6 years, consult a dentist or doctor.
