Instructions:
Before applying the eyeliner, determine your eye shape. For close-set or round eyes, line only the outer corners. For other eye shapes, rim the entire upper lid. Gently pull your eyelid taut at an upward angle, and starting at the inner corner, draw small, connected dashes along the top lashes. Stay close to the roots to avoid any visible skin between the lashes and the liner. To make eyes look bigger, extend the liner slightly beyond the outer corners. For a finishing touch, brush a matching powder shadow on top of the liner to keep it from rubbing off.
