Instructions:
For adults, take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take 2 capsules 3 times daily for days 1-3, for a total of 6 capsules daily. On days 4 and 5, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, for a total of 3 capsules daily. Do not use for more than 8 weeks without consulting a healthcare practitioner.
