Instructions:

1. Swivel up only 1/8-inch to avoid exposing the formula to air, which can cause it to dry out.
2. Line eyes with the pencil.

4. Allow the color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance.
5. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula.
